Mixing Blades

Optimize Mixing Efficiency

Mixing equipment in various industries relies on essential mixing blades. These blades effectively blend or agitate substances within containers or tanks, handling liquids of low viscosity to highly viscous pastes and solids.

The design of an industrial mixing blade varies based on the application and material properties. Common types of blades include impeller, paddle, turbine, anchor, cowl, and helical designs. Each offers distinct benefits, such as high shear or low shear mixing, efficient heat transfer, and reduced power consumption.

Choosing the ideal mixing blade is vital for optimal performance and efficient equipment operation. Consider factors like material properties, vessel size, and desired mixing intensity and flow pattern.

Different Types Of Blades

Maxmix Blade

Our standard range of industrial mixing blades typically encompasses diameters ranging from 180\150mm to 520\570mm. However, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide customized solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients. We offer a comprehensive range of design options and sizes beyond our standard selection, and our team of experts is well-equipped to meet even the most complex and unique mixing requirements. With our commitment to exceptional quality and precision, we are dedicated to delivering the optimal mixing blade solution for every application.

Cowls Blade

Cowl blades are commonly used in applications where the materials being mixed have high viscosities or are difficult to disperse. Some examples of industries that commonly use cowl blades include the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food and beverage industries. The exact size of the blade needed will depend on the specific mixing application and the size of the mixing vessel being used. In some cases, multiple cowl blades may be used together to achieve the desired mixing intensity and shear.

Our standard range of industrial mixing blades is offered with diameters ranging from 150mm to 500mm, utilizing our standard centers. However, we are fully capable of accommodating custom requests for both sizes and centers, tailored to the unique needs of our clients. We stand ready to provide customized design options that meet even the most complex mixing requirements, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency in every application.

Laboratory Blade

Our standard range of laboratory mixing blades features diameters ranging from 25mm to 125mm, offering a versatile solution for a variety of mixing applications in the laboratory setting. However, we are fully equipped to accommodate custom requests for both sizes and designs, tailored to the specific needs of our clients. With a wealth of experience in providing customized solutions for laboratory mixing applications, our team of experts is dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and precision in every aspect of our product offerings. We are committed to providing the optimal mixing blade solution for every laboratory application, utilizing our expertise and innovative design capabilities to meet even the most unique and challenging requirements.

Impeller Blade

Impeller blades are commonly used in industries such as chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverage production, where precise mixing of materials is critical to product quality. The size of the blade needed will depend on the specific mixing application and the size of the mixing vessel being used. In some cases, multiple impeller blades may be used together to achieve the desired mixing intensity and turbulence.

Our standard selection of impeller blades typically spans diameters ranging from 150mm to 950mm. However, we are fully equipped to accommodate custom requests for sizes and designs beyond our standard range.

Collapsible Blade

These blades are specifically designed to be inserted through small openings or ports in tanks or containers, and then expand to a larger diameter as they rotate, allowing for more efficient mixing of the materials inside.

Expandable mixing blades typically consist of a series of hinged panels that are connected by a central shaft. When the blade is inserted through the small opening, the panels fold inward to reduce the diameter of the blade, allowing it to pass through the opening. Once inside the container, the blade rotates and the panels open outward, expanding the diameter of the blade and creating a more effective mixing action.

These types of folding blades are particularly useful in applications where space is limited, or where it is difficult to access the materials being mixed.

High Viscous Paint Stirrer

A high viscous paint stirrer is a tool designed to mix thick, viscous paints and coatings. These stirrers are typically equipped with a powerful motor and sturdy blades that can efficiently mix paints with a high viscosity, which can be difficult to stir manually. High viscous paint stirrers are commonly used in industrial settings where large quantities of paint or coatings need to be mixed consistently and quickly.

Using a high viscous paint stirrer can help ensure that paints are properly mixed and applied evenly, resulting in a more professional and high-quality finish.
